Forest Circle Retreat w/ Toadstool Walks
October 11-14, 2019
Join Tam Willey, Forest Therapy Guide and Travis Clough, Director of Operations of The Venture Out Project this fall for a 3-day intimate nature connection circle in a log cabin in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. This is a chance to slow down and lean into the sensation of being alive. Explore the wisdom of the changing seasons as we bear witness to the more-than-human world, each other, and ourselves.
Forest Bathing is part of a global effort to tend to the stressful conditions of living in modern industrialized civilization.
Nature connection and cultural repair arise together. Seeking guidance and healing in the natural world is our most ancient practice as humans has been practiced by most cultures throughout history throughout the world.
Join us for this very special retreat, honoring all that we have and to continue to tend the trees, plants, water, and the many beings of the Abenaki Land that we will be on. Let's remember that we are nature as we open the door for reciprocity and awaken our senses while resting our bodies and minds.
Tam created Toadstool Walks as a way to offer support in finding one’s own way towards experiencing belonging to the natural world by guiding us back to the forest. To learn more about Tam, check out ToadstoolWalks.com.
