Waterfall Hike in Angeles National Forest - Southern California

Challenge Hike: Angeles National Forest - California

September 26, 2026 - 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Last day to register: September 24, 2026

Studies show you SHOULD go chasing waterfalls, as research suggests it boosts morale, improves mindful awareness, and increases opportunities for silliness and joy. TVOP is hosting a hike to a waterfall with fun stream crossings and sweeping mountain views. Wear shoes with plenty of tread for the steeper and looser terrains that this hike offers. Some folks choose to bring a separate pair of water crossing shoes to change into - just make sure these have a back-strap (think Chocos or Tevas as opposed to flip flops). The hike is around 4 miles long with some sections of steep incline.

We ask folks under the age of 18 to please register themselves and an adult to accompany them. This event is intended for the LGBTQ+ community. If you require a service dog to attend, please let us know and we’ll collaborate with you on how to keep you both comfortable and hydrated at this event.
