Fall Forest Therapy Walk

A 3 hour guided leisurely walk though the forested trail at Summit Circle, part of the Living Memorial Park Trails in Brattleboro. This sensory focused experience will offer invitations for encounters with and expression of gratitude for the more than human world.

Research has shown a variety of health benefits from Forest Therapy such as:
